Return Policy
We do our best to satisfy our clients and we accept returns based on the following criteria:
– All returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase.
– Any unpacked or damaged items will not be accepted.
– Returns must be in their original packaging with all parts included.
– If the returned item(s) is in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit to the client’s account. We
cannot issue a refund.
How to Return:
– If your item has not been shipped yet, you may cancel the order by calling our main office at 305
8233097. In such case, you will be automatically refunded. Refunds may take up to 10 business
days to be processed.
– If you are returning an item already shipped or received, you must either bring the item to our
warehouse or ship it back at your own cost. We will only issue a credit to the client’s account after
inspecting the item and validating it’s condition and if it is in returnable condition.
– If the item received it is not in perfect condition or packaged correctly, you may choose one of the
following:
o Have it shipped back to you at your cost.
o You may pick it up at the warehouse.
o We may at our own discretion, to offer a restocking deduction fee depending on the items
condition.
Refunds:
– There will only be refunds to items returned before shipping or delivery.
– Other accepted returns will issue a credit to the client’s account.There are no refunds issued for
returned items. Only store credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.
